Over the decades we have run through social distancing norms, fuel shortages, driver shortages, heavy rains and road closures, and we have a procedure for each. In a BCP situation the question is never cost; it is only that the operation runs.
Fuel shortage
Our fuel tie-ups and own diesel vans keep the fleet running when the pumps run dry.
Breakdown
A spare vehicle goes out from the nearest yard, and a maintenance van attends the one that stopped.
Heavy rain or road closures
The transport desk re-routes vehicles live on GPS and keeps your team informed.
Driver shortage
A large team of trained drivers, so a missed shift never means a missed route.
Health restrictions
We have run through social distancing norms before, and have procedures ready.

Who we are
Sri Sathya Sai Tourists (R) (“SST”, “we”) is a partnership firm with its head office at SST Chambers, Jayanagar, Bengaluru. This policy explains what we collect through sathyasaitourists.com and how we use it.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, phone number, email, company or school, pickup and drop areas, travel dates and any message you add. Driver applications also collect licence type and years of experience. We do not collect payment details on this website.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, plan a trip or route, or consider your application. We may call or WhatsApp you on the number you give us about that request. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who sees it
Our own staff, and only those who handle your request. For tours we may share your travel details with a partner hotel or agency, only to make the booking. We never sell your details.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, and driver applications for up to 12 months, unless you become a client or employee. Then we keep what the law requires.
How we protect it
Form data is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and stored on access-controlled servers. Only signed-in SST staff can view it.
Cookies
The site uses only what it needs to work, such as remembering the page you were on. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the details you have shared, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to info@sathyasaitourists.com or call 080 4081 9819 and we will respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date below.
